Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and orders will be eligible for refunds under the following conditions:

Returns (if applicable)

  • At TheYarnit, Our return policy lasts for 30 days after your item was delivered to your destination. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What do I do if I need to return something?

Give our friendly customer service team an email at support@theyarnit.com and we will provide a Return label for you. Processing time for returns takes 5-12 Days. If you wish to send the item back yourself we will give you the address to send it in to. Easy as that!

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days

Do I have to pay the return shipping?

For domestic US refund requests, we will automatically provide you with a Free prepaid USPS shipping label however, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment upon a successful review of your returned items.

What about international return?

  • For international orders, all return shipping must be paid for by the customer for both store credit and refund requests.
  • For international store credit requests, your store credit will be issued upon a successful review of your returned items with 15% restocking fee.
  • For international refund requests, a $7.95 handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment upon a successful review of your returned items.
  • For international orders returned due to refusal to pay duties, standard shipping & handling cost will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our original shipping.
  • For unclaimed international orders returned, standard shipping & handling cost will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our original shipping. If you wish to have your package reshipped to you, you will be billed a standard re-shipping fee.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 24 hours after an order is placed. If you have to cancel your order for any reason within the given time frame, reach out to us immediately at support@theyarnit.com. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time-sensitive.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@theyarnit.com.
